Private Sessions
Yoga was originally taught from teacher to individual student and was especially designed to meet the student’s specific physical, emotional, mental and spiritual disposition and needs. This is why there are so many rich and diverse schools of yoga today. While group classes are a wonderful and accessible introduction to yoga, working privately with a knowledgeable teacher is the best way to deepen and integrate your practice as it becomes more and more a part of who you are.
Yoga is an expansive path of self-study, self-compassion and self-empowerment. In our lives, as in the yoga postures, we are constantly given the opportunity to stretch, strengthen, shift, embrace, and awaken! Private sessions may include instruction in yoga postures, guided meditation, pranayama and/ or discussions on how to apply the wisdom and clarity of yoga philosophy in your every day life. Kori’s approach is holistic and comprehensive.
