Join Kori in a YogaWorks Teacher Training as a way to delve deeper into your own yoga practice, whether you have ambitions to eventually teach or not. This 200-hour foundational teacher training program is an excellent opportunity to explore your relationship with your body, breath and mind. You will be introduced to yoga philosophy, meditation, chanting and the subtle body. And through practice you will come to understand the grace and intelligence of alignment, instructing a pose and how to sequencing a class.
